Earth Day-follow up activity-LTT C3

"Save Environment with 3R's"  2021-1-RO01-KA 210-SCH-000032297   LTT C3 first follow up activity Our "Save Environment with 3r s" activity is registered on the earthday.org platform, and will consist of the collaboration of students from the target group and the creation of a questionnaire with the theme "How eco-friendly are you?" with the aim of conducting a study and to realize how much we care about environmental problems and what each person does for it.  The questionnaire will be distributed both in the partner schools and in the local community in the 3 partner countries.

"Save Environment with 3R's"  2021-1-RO01-KA 210-SCH-000032297  Learning, Teaching, Training Activity 3 -Recycling (The third step of sustainability) Fifth day-25th March 2022 The last day started with the debrief activity on the topic "Recycling saves energy".  By making a brochure and a campaign with slogans and exhortations, the students became aware of the importance of recycling to reduce energy consumption.  The day ended with a ceremony of awarding certificates of participation that took place in the presence of all students and teachers from the host school.

"Save Environment with 3R's"  2021-1-RO01-KA 210-SCH-000032297  Learning, Teaching, Training Activity 3 -Recycling (The third step of sustainability) Fourth day-24th March 2022 The fourth day started with an investigation exercise starting from the hypothesis "Recycling leads to energy saving". Then, the students worked in Canva and created a newsletter on the topic of recycling and saving energy. The fourth day continued with a case study at the Payas waterfall in the Hatay region. The students noticed that, although it was an area with high tourist potential, the area complies with environmental protection rules, with bins for the selective recycling of waste.

"Save Environment with 3R's"  2021-1-RO01-KA 210-SCH-000032297  Learning, Teaching, Training Activity 3 -Recycling (The third step of sustainability) Third day-23rd March 2022 On the third day there was a free discussion about recyclable materials and the students, working in mixed teams, created bird feeders from recyclable materials. This was followed by a meeting with a local producer (ÖZDROG DROGSER UÇUCU YAĞ VE KOZMETİK) who recycles different types of plants and transforms them into essential oils and cosmetics. Thus, the participants had the opportunity to see how an organic shampoo is produced, how a soap is manufactured and what is the process of obtaining essential oils. The students were actively involved and helped in the process of cutting and packaging the soap made from olive oil, receiving olive oil shampoo as a reward.

"Save Environment with 3R's"  2021-1-RO01-KA 210-SCH-000032297  Learning, Teaching, Training Activity 3 -Recycling (The third step of sustainability) Second day-22nd March 2022 The second day started with a debate on paper, plastic, glass and metal recycling. The debate started with the exposition of a situation - the problem: "Imagine that we simply throw away all the waste at random. What consequences can this have for nature? For human activity?". The participants presented arguments for and against recycling. Next, the teacher explained the difference between garbage and waste and followed a presentation of the types of waste, explaining the stages of recycling and the color code for selective collection. An activity followed in which the participants worked in their own team. Each partner team had to report to its own classroom, are the rules of selective waste collection respected? LTT C3-First Day

"Save Environment with 3R's"  2021-1-RO01-KA 210-SCH-000032297  Learning, Teaching, Training Activity 3 -Recycling (The third step of sustainability) First day-21st March 2022 On the first day, the representatives of the host school welcomed the partner teams and presented the institution. Then there was the presentation of the project (of the purpose, objectives and mobilities), each team presented itself and also presented its school. The host partner presented its team and the program of proposed activities. This was followed by an information session about recycling, about Sustainable Development Goals and the European Green Pact, conducted by the biology teacher of the host school, in collaboration with the school's project manager, Mrs. Ayse Nur Ten.  Thus, the participants were informed about the 17 SDGs, with an emphasis on SDG13-Climate Action, SDG 12-Responsible consumption and production, SDG7-Affordable and clean energy, SDG11-Sustainable cities and commun
