Then, the presentation of the teams took place, and the host partner informed the participants of the program of activities for this week. The first activity was "Energy and the Environment" and was carried out by biology teacher, Seval FAKILAR. Students created a tree of ideas starting from the word "energy". Through this activity, the students identified the main energy sources, compared the impact of different types of energy on the environment, and were aware of the need to switch from traditional energy sources to green ones.   "Save Environment with 3R's"  2021-1-RO01-KA 210-SCH-000032297  Project calendar 2023 In the first week of January 2023, a team of 4 students was created (one representative from each partner school) and a calendar for the year 2023 was created in the Canva program with "before" and "after" reuse collages, with posters from LTT C3, with images from LTT C2 and slogans about the 3R's.

"Save Environment with 3R's"  2021-1-RO01-KA 210-SCH-000032297   EUROPEAN WEEK FOR WASTE REDUCTION 2022 We finished the European Week for Waste Reduction with an online meeting where the students presented their actions for a more sustainable world. In order to better fix the application of the principle of reuse and circular fashion, we continued the activity in LTT C2 as an event organized within the European Week for Waste Reduction 2022, whose annual theme was "Circular Fashion". Thus, the participants took part between November 19-27, 2022, in an eco-challenge called "Love my planet, love my clothes!" in which they have to prove that they support sustainable fashion by photographing their clothes made of recycled/organic material, clothes vintage or second-hand or reused.   "Save Environment with 3R's"  2021-1-RO01-KA 210-SCH-000032297  The  European Week for Waste Reduction  (EWWR) encourages all Europeans and not only to carry out awareness-raising actions about sustainable resource and waste management  during a single week  in November. Our project "Save Environment with 3R's"-2021-1-RO01-KA 210-SCH-000032297 is on the European map as part of the European Week for Waste Reduction!!! During this week we will organize activities related to "CIRCULAR FASHION". The objectives of these activities are: to increase the use of environmentally friendly textiles to raise awareness about what is the circular economy and why it is important to make the students more active citizens.

"Save Environment with 3R's"  2021-1-RO01-KA 210-SCH-000032297   REUSING-THE SECOND STEP OF SUSTAINABILITY The second Erasmus mobility within the project "Save Environment with 3R's"-2021-1-RO01-KA 210-SCH-000032297 took place in Latvia, between 02-06 October 2022. Thank you to the host school, Garlībs Merķelis Lēdurga Elementary School, for all the wonderful experiences it gave us and for increasing the knowledge about reuse, waste management and the circular economy.
