EU GREEN WEEK 2023-CLOSING MEETING

As a follow-up activity, we organized a European event within EU GREEN WEEK 2023, between June 3-11. On behalf of and with the consent of the schools in the project, we concluded a partnership with the European Commission for the EU Green Week 2023 Partner Event, with the following agenda:

• Debate "What is the European Green Pact" - June 3, 2023;

• Be smart, be green! (resource consumption reduction activity) - June 4, 2023

• Don't throw away, reuse! (activities about reuse) - June 5, 2023

• Act Today - Recycle! (selective waste recycling activity) - June 6, 2023

• Stop wasting energy! (energy saving/conservation activity) - June 7, 2023

• Each partner school creates a physical/digital exhibition with products/images from the activities carried out during this period - June 8-10, 2023

• Online meeting - Closing the event; Presentation of the results of the activities; Online assessment of participants; Conclusions at the end of the event - June 11, 2023

The target group of this activity was the students from the schools involved in the project and the students from the collaborating institutions, as well as teachers, parents and members of the local community.

19 schools from Romania, Turkey, Latvia and the Republic of Moldova, 882 students and 61 teachers participated in this activity.
